    Responsibilities

    The Behavior Assistant will be responsible for:

    1. Providing supervision for residents, implement behavioral plans and approaches

    2. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, behavioral reinforcement procedures

    3. De-escalation of residents and situations, support residents with activities of daily living

    4. Responsible for teaching rehabilitation programming to residents

    Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    • One year of direct health care
    • Effective communicator
    • Attention to details in providing supervision and redirections
    • Able to work as a team
